港股异动 | 微创系全线走低 微创机器人配股筹集重挫16% 长期债务问题依旧艰难
微创系全线走低，截至发稿，微创机器人-B(02252)跌15.66%，报9.53港元；微创医疗(00853)跌3.93%，报5.62港元；微创脑科学(02172)跌2.22%，报6.61港元。
消息面上，微创机器人宣布，拟配售1290万股新H股，配售价9.1港元，较昨日收盘价11.3港元折让19.47%，配股所得款项净额为1.14亿港元。此外，公司与母公司微创医疗开展融资租赁，实质为微创医疗向微创机器人提供低成本资金支持。
值得注意的是，微创医疗此前以有息可转债置换部分无息可转债，以实现债务展期。分析人士表示，微创医疗的融资环境也正日益趋紧。野村曾表示，公司短期内情况或有好转，长期债务问题依旧艰难。
