Sari Roti (ROTI) Buyback Rp149,6 Miliar demi Stabilkan Harga Saham
IDXChannel - Emiten produsen roti merek Sari Roti, PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk (ROTI) segera melaksanakan pembelian kembali (buyback) saham sebanyak 88 juta saham pada Agustus 2024.
"Perkiraan nilai nominal saham yang akan dibeli kembali adalah maksimum Rp149,6 miliar dengan jumlah saham maksimal 88 juta saham," ujar manajemen ROTI di keterbukaan informasi BEI, Jumat (28/6).
Nippon Indosari (ROTI) Hentikan Sementara Penjualan Saham Treasuri Perseroan membatasi harga pembelian saham maksimal sebesar Rp1.700 per saham. Buyback saham ini akan dieksekusi mulai 6 Agustus 2024 hingga 5 Agustus 2025.
"Pelaksanaan buyback saham tidak mengakibatkan penurunan pendapatan dan tidak memberi dampak atas biaya pembiayaan perseroan, mengingat dana yang digunakan adalah dana internal perseroan yang berasal dari kegiatan operasional," jelas manajemen.
