Komut Emiten Batu Bara (KKGI) Borong Saham Jelang Pembagian Dividen
IDXChannel - Komisaris Utama PT Resource Alam Indonesia Tbk (KKGI) Hendro Martowardojo memborong saham perseroan menjelang jadwal pembayaran dividen.
KKGI akan menyetor dividen sebesar Rp242,28 miliar atau setara Rp50 per saham pada 18 Juli 2024. Sementara itu cum dividen sekaligus recording date ditetapkan pada 9 Juli 2024.
Adapun Hendro membeli sebanyak 200.000 saham KKGI di harga bawah atau Rp540 per saham pada 1 Juli 2024. Ia merogoh dana sebesar Rp90 juta untuk menambah kepemilikannya tersebut.
Usai transaksi, saham Hendro di KKGI bertambah menjadi 4.987.036 saham dari sebelumnya 4.787.036 saham.
"Tujuan transaksi untuk investasi dan status kepemilikan saham adalah langsung," tulis Komisaris Utama KKGI Hendro Martowardojo dalam keterbukaan informasi Selasa (2/7/2024).
Untuk diketahui, nilai dividen KKGI tersebut diambil dari laba bersih perseroan sebesar Rp408,39 miliar pada 2023.
Sementara saldo laba ditahan yang tidak dibatasi penggunaannya sebesar USD168,99 juta, dan total ekuitas perseroan mencapai Rp139,34 juta.
