Patok Kurs Tengah, DOID Siap Bagi Dividen Rp10,64 per Saham
IDXChannel - Emiten tambang batu baru, PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) menetapkan kurs tengah pembagian dividen tunai final tahun buku 2023 sebesar Rp16.384 per USD. Kurs ini mengacu kurs Bank Indonesia pada 3 Juli 2024.
"Dengan demikian, jumlah keseluruhan dividen tunai final dalam mata uang Rupiah adalah sebesar Rp81,92 miliar untuk 7,69 miliar saham atau Rp10,64 per saham," kata manajemen DOID dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Rabu (3/7).
DOID Rampungkan Akuisisi Tambang Antrasit Rp2 TriliunDOID sepakat membagikan dividen tunai final sebesar USD5 juta. Ini adalah sisa dana dividen tahun buku 2023 yang totalnya mencapai USD10 juta.
