Batas Akhir Jelang Stock Split, Saham INDS Menguat 1,5 Persen
IDXChannel - Saham emiten suku cadang kendaraan PT Indospring Tbk (INDS) memasuki tanggal akhir perdagangan nominal lama sebelum resmi stock split.
Rasio pemecahan saham adalah 1:10. Saat ini saham INDS mempunyai nilai nominal Rp1.000 per saham. Setelah dipecah, maka akan menjadi Rp100 per saham.
Jumlah saham INDS saat ini mencapai 656.249.710 saham. Setelah dipecah, maka akan menjadi 6.562.497.100 saham.
Saham INDS pada perdagangan Rabu (3/7/2024) menguat 1,51 persen ke harga Rp3.360 per saham menjelang batas akhir stock split.
Nilai transaksinya tembus Rp3,92 miliar, volume perdagangan mencapai 1,18 juta saham dengan frekuensi 299 kali.
Dalam sepekan, saham INDS telah menguat 2,13 persen dan dalam satu bulan melesat 42,98 persen. Kapitalisasi pasarnya mencapai Rp2,20 triliun.
Adapun saham INDS resmi stock split pada Kamis, 4 Juli 2024. Alasan dan tujuan Perseroan melaksanakan Pemecahan Saham ini adalah meningkatkan likuiditas perdagangan saham perseroan di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI)
