Direktur BBKP Tambah Porsi Kepemilikan Saham Perseroan

Pasardana.id - Henry Sawali selaku Direktur PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk (IDX: BBKP) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya dengan membeli sebanyak 1.400.000 lembar saham BBKP di harga Rp50 per saham pada tanggal 3 Juli 2024.

"Tujuan transaksi adalah untuk Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung," sebut Yocky Eko Wicaksono selaku Corporate Secretary BBKP dalam keterangan tertulis, Rabu (03/7).

Pasca pembelian, maka kepemilikan saham Henry Sawali di BBKP bertambah 1,6 juta lembar saham, atau setara dengan 0,00085% dibandingkan sebelumnya yang tercatat sebanyak 200.000 lembar saham, atau setara dengan 0,00011%. 

Diketahui, per kuartal 1 2024, bank yang dikendalikan oleh Kookmin Bank Co Ltd ini menderita rugi bersih mencapai Rp6,03 triliun atau melonjak dibandingkan dengan rugi bersih di Kuartal I-2023 yang sebesar Rp5,03 triliun.
