United Tractors (UNTR) Bubarkan Satu Anak Usaha, Ini Alasannya
IDXChannel - PT United Tractors Tbk (UNTR) membubarkan atau melikuidasi anak usahanya, PT Anugerah Gunung Mas (AGM). AGM merupakan anak usaha UNTR melalui PT Tuah Turangga Agung.
Corporate Secretary UNTR, Sara K. Loebis mengatakan, status badan hukum AGM berakhir yang tertuang dalam surat Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia (Kemenkumham) No. AHU-AH.01.03-00338 tertanggal 6 Juni 2024.
Penjualan Alat Berat UNTR Turun per Mei 2024"Dengan demikian, Kemenkumham telah mencatat berakhirnya status badan hukum AGM dan telah menghapus dari daftar perseroan yang terdapat pada Sistem Badan Hukum Kemenkumham," ujar Sara dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Kamis (4/7).
Dia menyebut, alasan melikuidasi AGM adalah karena belum adanya kegiatan operasional pada AGM sejak awal pendirian sampai dengan saat ini.
