Resmi Stock Split, Saham INDS Diperdagangkan di Rp336
IDXChannel - PT Indospring Tbk (INDS) resmi melakukan pemecahan saham yang beredar atau stock split dengan rasio 1:10.
Saham INDS pun sudah memakai harga baru mulai perdagangan sesi I Kamis (4/7/2024). Saham INDS dibuka di harga Rp336 per saham dan ditutup menguat 0,60 persen pada harga Rp338. Nilai transaksinya mencapai Rp2,07 miliar dengan volume perdagangan 6,13 juta saham.
Pada penutupan menjelang tanggal stock split Rabu (3/7/2024), saham emiten suku cadang kendaraan ini diperdagangkan di harga Rp3.360 per saham atau naik 1,51 persen.
Dengan rasio tersebut, nilai nominal saham yang saat ini Rp1.000 per unit, akan menjadi Rp100 per unit. Adapun jumlah saham INDS yang beredar sebesar 656.249.710 saham akan bertambah menjadi 6.562.497.100 saham usai stock split.
Alasan dan tujuan Perseroan melaksanakan Pemecahan Saham ini adalah meningkatkan likuiditas perdagangan saham perseroan di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI)
