消息面上，一拖股份近日公告，刘继国因年龄原因，申请辞去董事长、董事及战略、投资及可持续发展委员会主席、提名委员会委员职务。张治宇因年龄原因，申请辞去董事及审核委员会委员职务。张斌因工作变动，申请辞去董事及薪酬委员会委员职务。辞职后，刘继国、张治宇、张斌不再担任公司任何职务。
浙商证券指出，市场担心农机行业补贴逐步退坡，公司未来成长性存在不确定。该行认为，公司短期受益国四切换、补贴收缩，行业需求底部向上、竞争格局向头部集中；公司中长期受益拖拉机马力大型化高端化、出口需求提升，成长空间持续打开。
