S&T HLDGS(03928)控股权易主 获提全购要约
S&T HLDGS(03928)及要约人Alpine Treasure Limited联合公布，要约人以代价1亿港元(即每股待售股份约0.2778港元)自卖方收购3.6亿股股份，占公司已发行股本总数的75%，完成已于2024年7月10日落实。紧随完成后及于本联合公告日期，要约人及其一致行动人士持有约3.76亿股股份，占公司已发行股本总数的78.37%。
由于完成已落实，要约人需根据收购守则规则26.1提出要约。结好证券将代表要约人按根据收购守则将予刊发的综合文件中将予载入的条款提出要约以收购全部要约股份。
