港股异动 | 国富创新(00290)再涨超9% 公司配股净筹2.8亿港元 近期战略投资量旋科技
国富创新(00290)再涨超9%，截至发稿，涨9.28%，报1.06港元，成交额487.92万港元。
消息面上，国富创新公布，拟按配售价每股配售股份0.90港元配售最多约3.16亿股配售股份，净筹约2.818亿港元。其中，约1.75亿港元用于集团现有业务的运营及提升；约5500万港元用于集团股权投资业务的投资项目；约2500万港元用于持续发展及拓展金融科技业务；约2680万港元用作集团的一般营运资金。
值得注意的是，国富创新此前宣布，对量子计算软硬件开发商量旋科技进行战略投资。量旋科技专注于桌面型核磁共振量子计算机、量子计算测控系统，以及量子计算相关软件的自主研发。此次投资将助力量旋科技进一步拓展业务范围，加速量子计算技术的研发和应用。
