CFO GOTO Wei-Jye Jacky Lo Mundur, Ini Calon Penggantinya
IDXChannel - PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) mengumumkan pengunduran diri salah satu direksinya, yakni Wei-Jye Jacky Lo selaku Direktur Perseroan atau Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Surat pengunduran diri tersebut diterima manajemen pada 16 Juli 2024, demikian disampaikan Sekretaris Perusahaan GOTO, R A Koesoemohadiani dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Jakarta, Rabu (17/7).
GOTO Tertidur di Harga Gocap, Sudah Murah atau Masih Mahal?Meski tak menyebutkan alasan mundurnya Wei-Jye, Koesoemohadiani mengatakan, perseroan akan mengadakan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (RUPSLB) pada 30 Agustus 2024 dan meminta persetujuan dari pemegang saham atas pengunduran diri anggota direksi tersebut.
