Trans Power (TPMA) Akuisisi 65 Persen Saham BEST Rp530 Miliar
IDXChannel - Emiten angkutan laut, PT Trans Power Marine Tbk (TPMA) mengumumkan transaksi afiliasi berupa akuisisi 65 persen saham PT Bahtera Energi Samudra Tuah (BEST).
Nilai transaksi tersebut mencapai Rp530,3 miliar.
Transaksi telah terjadi pada 15 Juli 2024. Jumlahnya mencapai 332.650 saham BEST yang dimiliki PT Patin Resources (PR).
Cetak Laba, Trans Power Marine (TPMA) Siram Dividen Rp45 per SahamBEST merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang angkutan laut, dengan kantor utama di Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan.
Sifat hubungan afiliasi dalam transaksi adalah bahwa TPMA, BEST, dan PR dikendalikan oleh pihak yang sama. yakni Patricia Pratiwi Suwati Prasatya. Dari sisi kepengurusan, Ingrid Ade Sundari Prasatya selaku Komisaris Utama TPMA juga menjabat sebagai Komisaris PR.
