Shimizu Corporation Siap Laksanakan Tender Sukarela Saham TOTL Senilai Rp393,58 Miliar

Pasardana.id - Shimizu Corporation akan melaksanakan penawaran tender sukarela sebanyak 678.590 (19,90%) saham PT Total Bangun Persada Tbk (IDX: TOTL) senilai Rp393,58 miliar.

“Harga pelaksanaan penawaran tender sukarela TOTL sebesar Rp580 per unit,” sebut Anggie R.V. Sanusi Sidharta selaku Sekretaris Perusahaan TOTL dalam keterbukaan informasi yang disampaikan ke BEI, Rabu (17/7). 

Dijelaskan, periode pelaksanaan penawaran tender sukarela berlangsung pada 26 Agustus 2024  hingga 24 September 2024 yang dibantu PT Ina Sekuritas Indonesia.

Diketahui, Shimizu Corporation adalah perusahaan publik yang tercatat di Tokyo Stock Exchange dan Nagoya Stock Exchange.

Shimizu bergerak di bidang jasa konstruksi, arsitektur, teknik sipil dan jasa properti di Jepang.

Shimizu tidak memiliki penerima manfaat utama yang merupakan pemegang saham individu.

Adapun TOTL dan Shimizu Corporation telah melakukan kerja sama bisnis selama tiga tahun terakhir.
