港股异动 | 燕之屋(01497)回落近4% 固定成本叠加费用投放力度增加 上半年利润阶段性承压
燕之屋(01497)回落近4%，昨日该股一度涨超14%。截至发稿，跌3.74%，报12.34港元，成交额107.07万港元。
消息面上，燕之屋近日公布，预计今年上半年将取得收入约人民币10.45亿元至10.90亿元，同比增长10%至15%；净利润为人民币5000万元至6000万元，同比下降约40%至50%；中金表示，利润表现略低于该行预期，主因公司上半年品牌投入力度略超预期，阶段性影响利润表现。
中金指出，新工厂搬迁对应固定成本增加，迭加销售费用投放力度增加，使得公司今年上半年利润表现阶段性承压。因宏观消费力疲软迭加费用投放力度略超预期，该行下调该公司24/25年利润5%/11%至2.45/2.73 亿元，同时因公司市场份额稳步提升，核心竞争优势延续，维持目标价12港币。
