Emiten Cucu Soeharto (GOLF) Bidik Marketing Sales Rp465 Miliar dari Proyek Rumah Mewah di Bali
IDXChannel – Emiten milik anak Tommy Soeharto PT Intra Golflink Resorts Tbk (GOLF) mulai memasarkan proyek perumahan mewah di kawasan Pecatu Indah Resort, Jimbaran, Bali, yakni The Links Golf Villa. Perseroan menargetkan bisa mencatatkan marketing sales hingga Rp465 miliar dari proyek tersebut.
Direktur Utama Intra Golflink Resorts Dwi Febri Astuti mengatakan, pembangunan The Links Golf Villa tahap I ini akan dimulai pada November 2024 dan ditargetkan selesai pada kuartal II-2026.

Dalam kesempatan yang sama, Komisaris Utama Intra Golflink Resorts Darma Mangkuluhur Hutomo menuturkan, dalam menjalankan proyek ini, GOLF menggandeng sejumlah agen properti untuk memasarkan 24 rumah villa tersebut.
