Anak Usaha BMHS Rampungkan Divestasi Saham Rp422 Miliar ke Perusahaan Singapura
IDXChannel - Emiten rumah sakit PT Bundamedik Tbk (BMHS) melalui anak usaha terkendalinya, PT Morula Indonesia (MI) merampungkan divestasi 30 persen saham kepada perusahaan asal Singapura.
Dalam keterbukaan informasi, Jumat (19/7), MI mengeluarkan 48.333 saham baru atau setara 25 persen dari modal ditempatkan dan disetor MI.
Resmi, Investor China Jadi Pemegang Saham Anak Usaha Bundamedik (BMHS)Seluruh saham baru ini telah diserap oleh Jinxin Life Asia Healthcare Investment Group Pte Ltd (Jinxin Singapore) yang merupakan perusahaan kesehatan dari Singapura. Nilai transaksinya mencapai Rp351,69 miliar.
Tak hanya itu, Jinxin Singapore juga membeli saham MI dari entitas sepengendali BMHS lainnya, yakni PT Bunda Ipiti Investama (BIPI) sebesar 5 persen, dengan nilai transaksi Rp70,34 miliar yang diterima oleh BIPI.
