Ini Sederet Sentimen yang Menyebabkan Rupiah Melemah Sepekan Terakhir
IDXChannel - Nilai tukar (kurs) Rupiah selama sepekan perdagangan 15-19 Juli 2024 masih bergerak melemah terhadap mata uang dolar Amerika Serikat (USD).
Mengutip data Bloomberg, Minggu (21/7/2024), Rupiah spot pekan ini ditutup melemah 0,22 persen pada level Rp16.191 per USD. Dalam sepekan Rupiah melemah 0,33 persen dibandingkan penutupan di awal pekan.
Bursa Asia Koreksi Berjamaah, IHSG dan Rupiah Ikut Memerah Sementara itu, Rupiah Jisdor Bank Indonesia (BI) ditutup pada level Rp16.199 per USD, Jumat (19/7/2024). Secara mingguan, Rupiah terpantau turun 0,27 persen dan melemah sekitar 0,24 persen secara harian.
Pengamat pasar uang Ibrahim Assuaibi mengatakan, sentimen ancaman pembunuhan terhadap calon Presiden Donald Trump membuat dolar AS mengalami penguatan.
