Jual Saham VKTR Rp97,5 Miliar, Bakrie & Brother (BNBR) Tetap Jadi Pengendali
IDXChannel - PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk (BNBR) telah menjual saham PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk (VKTR) sebanyak 975 juta saham atau 2,23 persen dari jumlah seluruh saham yang telah dikeluarkan perseroan.
Transaksi penjualan yang dilakukan pada 11 Juli 2024 tersebut dilaporkan manajemen VKTR kepada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI).
Naik 50 Persen, Laba Bakrie & Brothers (BNBR) Tembus Rp348,31 MiliarHead of Corporate Secretary VKTR, Indah Permatasari Saugi mengumumkan, harga penjualan saham dipatok Rp100 per saham.
"Tujuan transaksi adalah untuk penyelesaian utang kepada pihak ketiga yang tidak terafiliasi dengan perseroan," kata Indah di keterbukaan informasi BEI, Jakarta, Rabu (24/7).
