Matahari (LPPF) Lakukan Penghematan, Tunda Buka Gerai Baru hingga Akhir 2024
IDXChannel - PT Matahari Department Store Tbk (LPPF) memutuskan menunda pembukaan gerai baru hingga akhir 2024. Hal itu sebagai upaya pengelolaan biaya sewa gerai demi penghematan operasional.
“Perseroan menunda pembukaan gerai baru untuk paruh kedua tahun ini dan secara selektif membuka gerai hanya di mal-mal berkualitas tinggi,” kata CEO Matahari, Monish Mansukhani, di Jakarta, Rabu (24/7/2024).
Matahari Department (LPPF) Catat Laba Rp326 Miliar di Kuartal I-2024Monish mengakui negosiasi biaya sewa sepanjang semester pertama membuahkan hasil berupa efisiensi beban operasional. Ini didukung oleh potongan sewa dan perjanjian sewa yang fleksibel.
Hingga Juni 2024, pendapatan bersih perusahaan terpangkas 2,5 persen yoy menjadi Rp3,75 triliun, dengan laba bersih turun 8,4 persen yoy. Manajemen mengakui daya beli konsumen terhadap produk ritel masih rendah.
