BPAM Kembali Setor Dividen ke Batavia Prosperindo (BPII), Nilainya Rp24 Miliar
IDXChannel - PT Batavia Prosperindo Internasional Tbk (BPII) mendapat kucuran dividen interim tahun buku 2024 dari anak usahanya sebesar Rp24,62 miliar.
Anak usaha tersebut yakni PT Batavia Prosperindo Aset Manajemen (BPAM) dengan kepemilikan saham BPII sebesar 82,08 persen.
"Kami sampaikan bahwa pada 25 Juli 2024 Batavia Prosperindo Internasional telah menerima pendapatan dividen interim tahun buku 2024 Rp24,623 miliar dari Batavia Prosperindo Aset Manajemen," tulis manajemen BPII dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Jumat (26/7/2024).
Pada 22 Februari 2024, BPII juga telah menerima pendapatan dividen tahun buku 2023 dari anak usahanya tersebut sebesar Rp49,24 miliar.
Adapun dana kelolaan BPAM mencapai Rp29,90 triliun, dengan pangsa pasar 6 persen pada Januari 2024.
Saham BPII pada perdagangan Jumat (26/7/2024) menguat 1,85 persen ke harga Rp550 dengan nilai transaksi Rp503,04 juta.
Dalam sepekan saham BPII telah turun 1,79 persen dan dalam satu bulan justru menguat 2,80 persen. Kapitalisasi pasarnya mencapai Rp5,67 triliun dengan PER 43,45 dan PBVR 4,02.
