Bank BRI (BBRI) Siap Lunasi Obligasi Jatuh Tempo Rp2,5 Triliun
IDXChannel - PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI) siap melunasi obligasi berkelanjutan yang akan jatuh tempo pada 24 Agustus 2024.
BBRI telah menyiapkan dana pelunasan sebesar Rp2,51 triliun untuk membayar Obligasi Berkelanjutan II Bank BRI Tahap III Tahun 2017
Seri C.
"Perseroan telah menyediakan dana pembayaran pokok obligasi berkelanjutan sebesar Rp2,51 triliun," tulis manajemen BBRI dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Sabtu (27/7/2024).
Saat ini, penempatan dana tersebut berada pada High Quality Liquid Asset Perseroan. Manajemen BBRI memastikan, pelunasan obligasi berkelanjutan tidak memiliki dampak material negatif yang dapat mengganggu likuiditas maupun kelangsungan
usaha Perseroan.
“Tidak ada dampak yang dapat mengganggu likuiditas maupun kelangsungan usaha Perseroan,” tulis manajemen BBRI.
Adapun obligasi ini merupakan bagian dari greenbond pertama Bank BRI dengan target penghimpunan dana sebesar Rp15 triliun. Penerbitan obligasi tersebut dilakukan bertahap selama 3 tahun hingga 2024.
