Jababeka (KIJA) Bidik Penjualan Lahan dan Properti Rp2 Triliun di 2024
IDXChannel - PT Kawasan Industri Jababeka Tbk (KIJA) menargetkan penjualan land development dan properti minimal Rp2 triliun di 2024.
Angka penjualan tersebut akan mendukung rencana pembelian kembali obligasi senilai USD180 juta, dengan tujuan mencapai cash balance sebesar Rp4 triliun.
Entitas Jababeka (KIJA) Kantongi Pinjaman Rp149 Miliar Buat Bangun LNG PlantDirektur Utama KIJA, Setyono Djuandi Darmono mengatakan, untuk mencapai target penjualan tersebut, perseroan akan mengandalkan penjualan lahan matang di empat kota mandiri yang dimiliki perusahaan.
Di Kawasan Jababeka Cikarang, penjualan akan didukung oleh ekspansi di sektor kesehatan dan pariwisata, seperti Jababeka Medical City dan Jababeka Movieland seluas 100 hektare. Dua proyek ini siap menampung investor asing dengan infrastruktur yang telah dibangun selama 20 tahun.
