Kalbe Farma (KLBF) dan Livzon Dirikan Usaha Patungan, Investasi Rp650 Miliar
IDXChannel - PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (KLBF) melalui anak usahanya, PT Global Chemindo Megatrading (GCM) bersama Lian SGP Holding Pte. Ltd (Lian SGP), yakni anak usaha Livzon Pharmaceutical Group Inc. mendirikan perusahaan patungan bernama PT Livzon Pharma Indonesia.
Pendirian perusahaan patungan ini ditandai dengan penandatanganan Shareholders Agreement (SHA) antar perusahaan pada 29 Juli 2024.
Kalbe Farma (KLBF) Targetkan Akuisisi Saham Alliance Pharma Tuntas dalam Satu BulanCorporate Secretary Kalbe Farma, Maria Teresa Fabiola mengatakan, GCM dan Lian SGP sepakat untuk mendirikan perusahaan baru bernama PT Livzon Pharma Indonesia yang berkedudukan di Jakarta Pusat, dan bergerak di bidang industri bahan farmasi aktif.
"Dengan investasi awal senilai Rp650 miliar, serta komposisi modal ditempatkan dan disetor penuh masing-masing sebesar 80 persen oleh Lian SGP dan 20 persen oleh GCM," katanya dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Selasa (30/7).
