Eksportir Sarang Burung Walet (NEST) Patok Harga IPO Rp200 per Saham
IDXChannel - Eksportir sarang burung walet, PT Esta Indonesia Tbk (ESTA) mengumumkan penetapan harga penawaran umum perdana atau initial public offering (IPO) senilai Rp200 per saham.
Ini merupakan harga tertinggi NEST dari sejak ditawarkan dalam periode bookbuilding di rentang Rp160-Rp200 per saham.
Mau IPO, NEST Ingin Bagi Dividen Maksimal 30 Persen dari Laba BersihDengan demikian, NEST berpotensi meraup dana segar dari pasar modal mencapai Rp164,5 miliar, menurut prospektus yang diunggah di laman E-IPO, Kamis (1/8).
Manajemen NEST diketahui melepas sebanyak 822,5 juta saham atau setara 20 persen dari total modal ditempatkan dan disetor penuh. Nilai nominal ditetapkan sebesar Rp50 per saham.
