力量发展(01277)附属与Wealth Galaxy就租赁飞机订立飞机次分租协议
力量发展(01277)发布公告，于2024年8月2日，力量(亚洲)(公司的间接全资附属公司，作为承租人)与Wealth Galaxy(作为出租人)就租赁飞机订立飞机次分租协议，租期自交付日期起计，为期12个月。
由于公司寻求在中国现有煤矿以外多元化其业务组合，并在海外进行重大投资，预期董事及管理层将需频繁出差，尤其是前往商业航班选择有限的地区，以对营运中的矿场进行现场视察，并通过现场调查对矿场进行尽职调查。租用私人飞机将可节省宝贵的时间，因为私人飞机可提供直航、灵活的时间安排，并可前往较小的机场，减少对商业航空公司的依赖。此外，私人飞机提供更高的隐私性和安全性，这对于敏感的谈判非常重要。租赁飞机将有助于公司在不受旅行限制干扰的情况下，有效地实现其战略目标。
