Hapus 29,61 Juta Saham Treasuri, Segini Target Harga Saham ACES
IDXChannel - Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (RUPSLB) PT Aspirasi Hidup Indonesia Tbk (ACES) menyetujui perseroan menghapus sebanyak 29,61 juta saham treasuri yang merupakan hasil pembelian saham kembali (buyback) pada 2020.
Jumlah saham treasuri ACES yang dihapus tersebut setara 0,17 persen dari total modal disetor dan ditempatkan perseroan.

Direktur Utama ACES, Prabowo Widyakrisnadi mengatakan, raihan laba bersih itu ditopang oleh pendapatan perseroan yang tumbuh 14 persen menjadi Rp4,1 triliun.
