Giliran J Resources (PSAB) Buka Suara soal Rumor Diakuisisi DOID
IDXChannel - Usai manajemen PT Delta Dunia Tbk (DOID) angkat bicara soal rumor bakal mengakuisisi saham PT J Resources Asia Pasifik Tbk (PSAB), kini giliran manajemen PSAB memberi klarifikasinya.
Manajemen PSAB mengatakan, perseroan tidak mengetahui informasi atau kabar terkait rencana tersebut. Apalagi rumor yang beredar tidak bersumber dari manajemen perseroan.
J Resources (PSAB) Temukan Harta Karun Emas di Sulawesi Utara"Perseroan tidak pernah memberikan konfirmasi apapun mengenai kabar tersebut," ujar manajemen dalam keterbukaan informasi Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), Jakarta, Rabu (7/8).
Manajemen emiten tambang emas itu menuturkan, apabila terdapat informasi yang wajar mengenai rencana akuisisi, perseroan akan melakukan keterbukaan informasi sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku setelah perseroan menerima informasi tersebut dari pengendali perseroan.
