Intip Investor Baru Emiten Grup Bakrie (VKTR)
IDXChannel - Emiten kendaraan listrik Grup Bakrie, PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk (VKTR) melaporkan transaksi penjualan dan pembelian saham perseroan.
Pihak yang bertransaksi adalah PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk (BNBR) dan PT Silvery Moon Investment Ltd.
Rilis Laporan Keuangan Semester I-2024, VKTR: Triwulan III Bakal Lebih Baik LagiDalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, diakses Rabu (7/8), BNBR yang merupakan induk usaha Grup Bakrie ini tercatat menjual kepemilikan sahamnya di VKTR sebanyak 4,65 miliar saham atau 10,63 persen. BNBR melego saham VKTR tersebut pada harga Rp100 pada 31 Juli 2024.
"Tujuan transaksi ini adalah untuk penyelesaian utang kepada pihak ketiga yang tidak terafiliasi dengan perseroan," kata Head of Corporate Secretary VKTR, Indah Permatasari Saugi.
Bakrie Brothers (BNBR) Lepas Saham VKTR buat Bayar UtangDengan divestasi tersebut, kepemilikan langsung BNBR pada VKTR menyusut menjadi 13,30 miliar saham atau 30,41 persen dari sebelumnya 17,95 miliar saham atau 41,04 persen.
