浪潮数字企业(00596)再涨超3%，截至发稿，涨3.4%，报3.35港元，成交额348.85万港元。
东吴证券指出，国家提出2027年前要完成包括党政机关和八大重点行业100%国产替代，ERP作为企业数据管理的核心平台，其国产化进程正与企业上云的趋势同步进行。
该行指出，由于对信息和数据安全的重视，央国企客户对国资背景品牌更为信任。浪潮数字企业作为唯一拥有国资背景的综合类规模化ERP厂商，在ERP国产化选型中更容易获得央国企的青睐。此外，公司全线产品完成云转型，已经度过大规模研发投入时期，研发费用占比稳中有降，因此公司近年来云业务亏损率不断收窄，我们预计2024年云业务扭亏为盈，逐步释放业绩。
