Bank UOB (BBIA) Siap Lunasi Obligasi Berkelanjutan Rp101 Miliar
IDXChannel - PT Bank UOB Indonesia (BBIA) menyiapkan dana Rp101 miliar untuk melunasi obligasi berkelanjutan yang jatuh tempo pada 2 September 2024.
Pembayaran akan dilakukan melalui agen pembayaran PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) sesuai jadwal yang telah ditentukan.
Adapun Bank UOB menargetkan penghimpunan dana maksimal Rp2 triliun dalam jangka waktu tiga tahun. Hanya saja, Bank UOB hanya menghimpun dana sebesar Rp100 miliar yang diperoleh melalui Penerbitan PUB Obligasi Berkelanjutan III Tahap I Tahun 2021 tersebut.
Dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi likuiditas yang telah memadai dan kokoh, Bank UOB tidak melakukan penghimpunan dana melalui penerbitan obligasi untuk tahap berikutnya hingga berakhirnya program PUB Obligasi Berkelanjutan III pada 27 Agustus 2023.
