Garap Sektor Kendaraan Listrik, Indika Energy (INDY) Dirikan Entitas Anak Usaha Baru
IDXChannel - PT Indika Energy Tbk (INDY) mendirikan entitas anak usaha baru untuk menggarap sektor kendaraan listrik dan ekosistemnya.
Dua anak usahanya yakni PT Kalista Soter Hastia (KSH) dan PT Kalista Nusa Armada (KNA) mendirikan perusahaan, PT Kalista Biru Nusantara (KBN) pada 2 Agustus 2024.
Di mana saham KBN dimiliki 99,98 persen oleh Kalista Soter Hastia dan sebesar 0,02 persen oleh Kalista Nusa Armada.
"Penyertaan saham KSH dan KNA dalam KBN merupakan kelanjutan langkah Perseroan secara grup untuk melakukan ekspansi usaha di sektor kendaraan listrik dan ekosistemnya," tulis Sekretaris Perusahaan Indika Energy, Adi Pramono dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Jumat (10/8/2024).
Cucu usaha INDY ini akan fokus pada aktivitas penyewaan dan sewa guna usaha alat transportasi darat berbasis kendaraan listrik seperti mobil, bus, truk dan sejenis tanpa operatornya, sepeda motor, caravan, camper, railroad vehicle dan sejenisnya.
