Gelar RUPSLB, Emiten Keluarga Tahir (MPRO) Mau Ubah Penggunaan Dana IPO
IDXChannel - PT Maha Properti Indonesia Tbk (MPRO) akan menggelar Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (RUPSLB) pada bulan depan. Tepatnya Selasa, 3 September 2024.
RUPSLB emiten properti milik keluarga Dato Sri Tahir itu dijadwalkan berlangsung pukul 10.00 WIB di Mayapada Tower 2, Jakarta. Sementara tanggal daftar pemegang saham yang berhak hadir di RUPSLB ditetapkan 9 Agustus 2024 pukul 16.00.

"Rapat ini merujuk pada penyampaian laporan realisasi penggunaan dana hasil penawaran umum 30 Juni 2024 yang telah dilaporkan perseroan melalui SPE form E022 pada 15 Juli 2024," ujar manajemen MPRO.
