PANI Private Placement Rp4 Triliun, Sahamnya Bergerak Merah
IDXChannel - Saham PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk (PANI) begerak merah ke harga Rp5,250 atau turun 0,47 persen usai mengumumkan private placement dengan nilai Rp4,09 triliun.
Berdasarkan data RTI Selasa (13/8/2024), saham PANI ditransaksikan sebesar Rp9,94 miliar dengan volume perdagangan 1,88 juta saham.
Dalam satu bulan, saham PANI jatuh 7,49 persen dan secara year to date menguat 7,14 persen. Kapitalisasi pasarnya mencapai Rp82,04 triliun dengan PER 167,60 dan PBVR 6,28.
Dalam gelaran private placement, perseroan menerbitkan saham baru sebanyak 787.433.700 dengan nilai nominal Rp100 per saham.
Harga pelaksanaan private placement PANI ini dipatok Rp5.200 per saham atau berada di harga premium.
Jumlah modal saham ditempatkan dan modal disetor Perseroan akan meningkat menjadi Rp1,64 triliun setelah pelaksanaan PMTHMETD pada 19 Agustus 2024.
Sementara itu, jumlah aset dan jumlah ekuitas Perseroan akan mengalami peningkatan masing-masing sebesar 22,93 persen dan 41,39 persen yang bersumber dari dana yang diperoleh dari pelaksanaan private placement.
