SULI Lapor Telah Realisasikan Aksi Private Placement

Pasardana.id - Emiten dibidang industri perhutanan dan kertas, PT SLJ Global Tbk (IDX: SULI) melaporkan telah melakukan Penambahan Modal Tanpa Hak Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahului (PMTHMETD) atau Private Placement.

"Pelaksanaan PMTHMETD telah direalisasikan pada 7 Agustus dan Pencatatan Saham Baru pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada 8 Agustus 2024," sebut Direksi SULI dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Selasa (13/8).

Disebutkan, jumlah saham baru yang diterbitkan sebanyak 190.195.733 lembar saham dengan Harga nominal saham Rp100 per lembar.

Sementara Harga pelaksanaan senilai Rp150 per lembar saham.

Pasca aksi korporasi ini, jumlah saham SULI mengalami perubahan menjadi 5.920.776.836 lembar saham, dari sebelumnya sejumlah 5.730.581.103 lembar saham.

Diketahui, pihak-Pihak yang melakukan penyetoran, yakni Joshua Tree Investment PTE. LTD. melalui omnibus account UOB Kay Hian PTE. LTD., dengan jumlah pelaksanaan PMTHMETD sebesar 190.195.733 lembar saham.
