Emiten Grup Lippo (MLPT) Sebar Dividen Interim Rp206,25 Miliar
IDXChannel - Emiten teknologi Grup Lippo, PT Multipolar Technology Tbk (MLPT) akan membagikan dividen interim tahun buku 2024. Total nilainya mencapai Rp206,25 miliar.
Pembagian dividen interim ini berdasarkan Keputusan Direksi Perseroan pada 9 Agustus 2024 dan persetujuan Dewan Komisaris atas keputusan Direksi pada 12 Agustus 2024.
Anak Usaha Multipolar (MLPT) Raih Pinjaman Rp162,61 Miliar dari Bank Permata (BNLI)"Perseroan akan melaksanakan pembagian dividen interim tunai sebesar Rp110 per saham untuk tahun buku 2024," kata manajemen MLPT dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Selasa (13/8).
Pembagian dividen ini didasari data keuangan per 30 Juni 2024, di mana perseroan membukukan laba bersih yang didapat diatribusikan kepada entitas induk sebesar Rp239,66 miliar.
