Komisaris Fajar Surya Wisesa (FASW) asal Thailand Mengundurkan Diri
IDXChannel - PT Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk (FASW) mengumumkan pengunduran diri salah satu Komisaris Perseroan, yakni Kitti Tangjitrmaneesakda.
Demikian disampaikan perseroan dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Jakarta, Rabu (14/8).
Penjualan Susut, FASW Derita Rugi Rp83,21 Miliar di Kuartal I 2023"Pada 14 Agustus 2024, perseroan telah menerima surat pengunduran diri atas nama Bapak Kitti Tangjitrmaneesakda selaku Komisaris Perseroan," kata Sekretaris Perusahaan FASW, Marco Hardy.
Perseroan, sambungnya, akan menjalankan sesuai ketentuan POJK No. 33 Tahun 2014 menyusul mundurnya petinggi perseroan tersebut.
