Pasardana.id - PT Silvery Moon Investment Ltd selaku pemegang saham PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk. (IDX: VKTR) telah mengurangi porsi kepemilikan sahamnya di perseroan dengan telah menjual sebanyak 1.920.450.000 lembar saham VKTR pada pada tanggal 8 Agustus 2024.

Adapun jumlah saham yang ditransaksikan tersebut setara dengan 4,39% dari jumlah saham beredar.

Sayangnya, dalam keterangan tertulis, Kamis (15/8), Indah Permatasari Saugi selaku Head of Corporate Secretary VKTR tidak menyebutkan harga dan tujuan transaksi penjualan.

Pasca penjualan, maka kepemilikan PT Silvery Moon Investment Ltd di VKTR menjadi 2.729.550.000 lembar saham, atau setara dengan 6,24% dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya, yang tercatat sebanyak 4.650.000.000 lembar saham, atau setara dengan 10.63%.
