Wintermar (WINS) Dirikan Perusahaan Baru, Kepemilikan Saham 99,82 Persen
IDXChannel - PT Wintermar Offshore Marine Tbk (WINS) melalui anak usahanya mendirikan perusahaan bernama PT Marine Solusindo Teknik.
"Kepemilikan saham tidak langsung (atas perusahaan baru) sebesar 99,82 persen," kata manajemen WINS dalam keterbukaan informasi Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), Kamis (15/8).
Laba Wintermar Offshore (WINS) Capai USD2,2 Juta di Kuartal I-2024Manajemen tak menyebutkan nilai investasi dari pendirian Marine Solusindo Teknik. Namun, pembentukan perusahaan anyar tersebut sudah mengantongi pengesahan dari Menteri Hukum dan HAM.
"Pendirian perusahaan ini telah mendapatkan pengesahan dari Menteri Hukum dan HAM Republik Indonesia pada 13 Agustus 2024," ujarnya.
