Investor Baru Ini Jual 1,92 Miliar Saham Emiten Grup Bakrie (VKTR)
IDXChannel - PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk (VKTR) mengumumkan transaksi penjualan saham perseroan oleh PT Silvery Moon Investment Ltd. Investor baru tersebut melego 1,92 miliar saham emiten Grup Bakrie itu.
Dari keterbukaan informasi BEI, Jakarta, Kamis (15/8), Silvery Moon Investment tercatat menjual 1.920.450.000 atau 1,92 miliar saham VKTR atau sebanyak 4,39 persen pada 8 Agustus 2024. Harga transaksinya nol rupiah.
Jual Saham VKTR Rp97,5 Miliar, Bakrie & Brother (BNBR) Tetap Jadi PengendaliHead of Corporate Secretary VKTR, Indah Permatasari Saugi tak menyebutkan alasan transaksi penjualan. Dengan divestasi tersebut, kepemilikan saham secara langsung Silvery Moon Investment pada emiten kendaraan listrik itu menyusut menjadi 2,72 miliar saham atau 6,24 persen dari sebelumnya 4,65 miliar saham atau 10,63 persen.
Silvery Moon Investment diketahui merupakan investor anyar VKTR. Perusahaan yang berbasis di Ajeltake Road, Ajeltake Island itu membeli 4,65 miliar saham VKTR pada 31 Juli 2024 dengan harga transaksi nol rupiah.
