Pertamina Geothermal (PGEO) Gelar MESOP Rp296,8 Miliar, Cek Harga Tebusnya
IDXChannel - PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk (PGEO) mengumumkan rencana pelaksanaan program saham untuk karyawan dan manajemen atau Management Employee Stock Option Program (MESOP).
Aksi korporasi ini terbagi dalam dua tahap, dengan total nilai mencapai Rp296,81 miliar dan total hak opsi saham mencapai 287.216.924 (287,21 juta) saham.

Tahap pertama berlangsung sebanyak 35.057.773 (35,05 juta) hak opsi dengan harga tebus Rp684 per saham. Jumlah ini senilai Rp22,7 miliar.
