Presiden Direktur ATIC Tambah Porsi Kepemilikan Saham di Perseroan

Pasardana.id - Harry Surjanto Hambali selaku Presiden Direktur PT Anabatic Technologies Tbk. (IDX: ATIC) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya di perseroan dengan telah membeli total sebanyak 85.000 lembar saham ATIC di harga rata-rata Rp380-Rp390 per saham pada tanggal 14 hingga 16 Agustus 2024.

"Tujuan transaksi ini adalah untuk Meningkatkan penyertaan saham di ATIC dengan kepemilikan saham langsung," sebut manajemen ATIC, dalam keterangan tertulis, Senin (19/8)

Pasca penbelian, maka kepemilikan saham Harry Surjanto Hambali di ATIC bertambah menjadi sebanyak 46,82 juta lembar saham, atau setara dengan 2,0222744% dibandingkan sebelumnya, yang tercatat sebanyak 46,73 juta lembar saham, atau setara dengan 2,0186033%.

Diketahui, perseroan membukukan laba bersih sebesar Rp 78,6 miliar pada Quarter 2 2024 .

Perolehan ini naik bila dibandingkan dengan periode yang sama di tahun 2023 sebesar Rp 75,3 miliar.

Dengan demikian, laba bersih per saham setara dengan Rp 34,18 per lembar.
