Bumi Serpong (BSDE) Setop Penerbitan Sisa Obligasi dan Sukuk Rp2 Triliun
IDXChannel - PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) tidak akan menerbitkan sisa jumlah Obligasi Berkelanjutan III Tahap I Tahun 2022 dan Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan I Tahap I Tahun 2022. Nilai sisa obligasi dan sukuk tersebut mencapai Rp2 triliun.
Direktur Bumi Serpong Damai, Hermawan Wijaya mengatakan, perseroan melakukan Penawaran Umum Berkelanjutan (PUB) Obligasi Berkelanjutan III Tahap I Tahun 2022 dan Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan I Tahap I Tahun 2022 dengan target penghimpunan dana dalam kurun waktu dua tahun masing-masing sebesar Rp2,25 triliun dan Rp750 miliar.
BSDE Mau Caplok Pengembang Harvest City (SMDM)"Pada 7 April 2022, perseroan telah menerbitkan Obligasi Berkelanjutan III Tahap I Tahun 2022 sebesar Rp800 miliar. Terdiri dari Seri A senilai Rp547,25 miliar dan Seri B sebesar Rp252,75 miliar," kata dia dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Selasa (20/8).
"Sementara Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan I Tahap I Tahun 2022 sebesar Rp200 miliar, terdiri dari Seri A sebesar Rp63,5 miliar dan Seri B sebesar Rp136,5 miliar," sambung Hermawan.
