Lunasi Utang Jatuh Tempo, Wijaya Karya (WIKA) Siapkan Dana Rp896,5 Miliar
IDXChannel - PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA) telah menyiapkan dana untuk melunasi pokok Obligasi dan Sukuk yang jatuh tempo bulan depan. Total dana yang disediakan sebesar Rp896,5 miliar.
Corporate Secretary WIKA, Mahendra Vijaya mengatakan, Obligasi Berkelanjutan II Wijaya Karya Tahap I Tahun 2021 Seri A dan Sukuk Mudharabah Berkelanjutan II Wijaya Karya Tahap I Tahun 2021 Seri A akan jatuh tempo pada 8 September 2024.
Utang Konsolidasi BUMN Wijaya Karya (WIKA) Capai Rp56 Triliun"Perseroan telah menyediakan dana untuk pelunasan Obligasi Berkelanjutan II Tahap I Tahun 2021 Seri A sebesar Rp571 miliar dan Sukuk Mudharabah Berkelanjutan II Tahap I Tahun 2021 Seri A sebesar Rp325,5 miliar," kata dia dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Jakarta, Selasa (20/8).
Mahendra mengaku, sumber dana pelunasan Obligasi dan Sukuk tersebut berasal dari kas internal. Rencananya, perseroan akan membayarkan atau melunasi pokok Obligasi dan Sukuk itu pada 6 September 2024.
