Komisaris Utama dan Pengendali RAAM Kurangi Porsi Kepemilikan Saham di Perseroan

Pasardana.id - Ram Jethmal Punjabi selaku Komisaris Utama dan pengendali PT Tripar Multivision Plus Tbk. (IDX: RAAM) telah mengurangi porsi kepemilikan sahamnya di perseroan setelah menjual sebanyak 402.623.000 lembar saham RAAM di harga Rp500 per saham pada tanggal 15 Agustus 2024.

Pada saat bersamaan, Ram Jethmal Punjabi juga membeli sebanyak 37.463.582 lembar saham RAAM di harga Rp490,69-572,48 per saham tanggal 12 Agustus hingga 15 Agustus 2024.

"Tujuan dari transaksi adalah untuk Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung," sebut manajemen RAAM dalam keterangan tertulis, Jumat (16/8) lalu.

Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Ram Jethmal Punjabi di RAAM berkurang menjadi 4,78 miliar lembar saham, atau setara dengan 77,33% dibandingkan sebelumnya, yang tercatat sebanyak 5,15 miliar lembar saham, atau setara dengan 83,33%.
