BPII Lapor Telah Lakukan Penambahan Modal ke Anak Usaha di Singapura Sebesar Rp 20 Miliar

Pasardana.id - PT. Batavia Prosperindo Internasional, Tbk (IDX: BPII) menyampaikan laporan Keterbukaan atas Informasi atau Fakta Material atas tambahan modal disetor terkait investasi sebesar 100% kepemilikan saham Perseroan pada Batavia Prosperindo Pte. Ltd. (BPD), Singapura, selaku entitas anak Perseroan pada tanggal 19 Agustus 2024. 

“Dalam rangka pengembangan usaha BPD, Perseroan telah melakukan penambahan modal disetor sebesar SGD1.678.540/- atau ekuivalen sebesar Rp.20.000.000.000/(Dua Puluh Miliar Rupiah) atau sekitar 1,21% dari total ekuitas konsolidasian Perseroan per audit tanggal 31 Desember 2023,” sebut Rudi Setiadi Tjahjono selaku Direktur Utama BPII dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Rabu (21/8).

Juga disebutkan bahwa transaksi ini bukan merupakan transaksi material sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan NO.17/POJK.04/2020.

“Sampai dengan saat ini, tidak ada dampak, informasi atau fakta material terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perseroan,” sebut Rudi Setiadi Tjahjono.
