Eksekusi Private Placement I, Emiten Aguan (PANI) Raup Rp4,09 Triliun
IDXChannel - Emiten properti milik konglomerat Aguan-Salim, PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk (PANI) telah menuntaskan Penambahan Modal Tanpa Hak Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahulu Tahap I (PMTHMETD I) atau private placement.
Manajemen PANI menyebut, perseroan telah menerbitkan saham baru melalui private placement sebanyak 787.433.700 saham dengan harga nominal Rp100 per saham pada 19 Agustus 2024.
Dapat Dana Rp6,5 Triliun, Aguan Ingin PIK 2 (PANI) Terus EkspansifSementara tanggal pencatatan saham baru PMTHMETD I, yakni 20 Agustus 2024.
"Harga pelaksanaan Rp5.200 per saham," kata manajemen dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Jakarta, Kamis (22/8).
