Manajemen FASW Ungkap soal Transaksi Nego Saham Jumbo Rp7,5 Triliun
IDXChannel - Manajemen PT Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk (FASW) mengungkap di balik transaksi bernilai jumbo Rp7,5 triliun.
Transaksi di pasar negosiasi ini diketahui berlangsung pada 20 Agustus lalu.
Fajar Surya Wisesa (FASW) Dapat Pinjaman Jumbo Rp2,25 Triliun dari Bank Permata (BNLI)Sekretaris Perusahaan FASW, Marco Hardy mengatakan, transaksi ini merupakan peralihan pemegang saham perseroan dalam satu grup.
Adalah SCGP Solutions (Singapore) PTE LTD (SCGPS) dan Siam Kraft Industry Company Limited (SKIC) di bawah grup SCG Packaging yang melakukan transaksi.
