Wall Street Muram Menanti Pidato Jerome Powell di Jackson Hole
IDXChannel - Wall Street melemah pada penutupan perdagangan Kamis (22/8) waktu setempat menjelang pidato Gubernur The Fed, Jerome Powell di Jackson Hole pada Jumat ini.
Pelaku pasar bertaruh Powell akan meredam ekspektasi pasar terhadap pemangkasan suku bunga yang agresif.
Wall Street Dibuka Hijau, Investor Menantikan FOMC Meetings The FedIndeks S&P 500 ("GSPC) turun sebesar 0,9 persen, Nasdaq Composite yang sarat saham-saham teknologi ("IXIC) merosot 1,7 persen, dipimpin oleh penurunan saham raksasa chip AI Nvidia (NVDA).
Sedangkan Indeks Dow Jones Industrial Average ("DJI) turun 0,5 persen setelah ketiga indeks ditutup di zona hijau pada Rabu.
