SMMA Beri Pinjaman ke Anak Usaha Sebesar Rp2,4 Triliun

Pasardana.id - PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk. (IDX: SMMA) memberikan pinjaman kepada anak perusahaan, yaitu PT Sinar Mas Multifinance sebesar Rp2,4 triliun pada tanggal 22 Agustus 2024. 

“Transaksi dilakukan secara bertahap mulai pada tanggal 22 Agustus 2024,” sebut Felix selaku Direktur SMMA dalam keterangan tertulis, Kamis (22/8).  

Dijelaskan, pinjaman ini bertenor 5 tahun dengan suku bunga sebesar 1% efektif per annum, yang wajib dibayarkan setiap akhir bulan atau pada saat jatuh tempo. 

Adapun jumlah pinjaman tersebut tidak melebihi 20 % dari ekuitas SMMA sehingga tidak bersifat material.   

"Transaksi ini tidak berdampak terhadap kegiatan operasional, terhadap kondisi keuangan, proyeksi keuangan, hukum maupun kelangsungan usaha SMMA," sebut Felix.
